We accept legal opinions by word-limit categories: 300-500 words and 3,000-5,000 words. The acceptance turnaround time for 300-500 words is 2 weeks. For articles with 3,000-5,000 words, the turnaround time is 30 days. All legal articles are reviewed by at least one licensed attorney.
All opinion articles must address the metaverse topic. All article submissions must include citations indicating a reliable source where applicable. We do not have a citation format requirement.
We reserve the right to publish or remove your content from our online platform at any time, for any reason, even after it has been accepted. By submitting your article to us, you give us permission to publish your content on third-party platforms and outlets for our marketing purposes (i.e., advertisements).
We distinguish opinion and notable articles by attaching an image to the publication. Please submit a high-quality photo along with your submission if you wish. By submitting your image to us, you acknowledge that you possess the ownership of- or license to use- the submitted image for your opinion article. By submitting your image to us, you give us permission to alter the submitted image so that we can display your image in optimal condition on our online platform. While we will not sell your image to a third party, we cannot guarantee that users who access our platforms will not take possession of your image.
We respect different and innovative views. At the same time, we are a non-partisan institution. We do not accept or publish politically charged content to maintain legal compliance.
By submitting your opinion article to us, you acknowledge that you have ownership or license over the submitted work. You acknowledge that no other party can assert privilege over your submitted article. You acknowledge that each author has contributed to the submitted work.
If you include personal communication in your work, please provide us with a written statement or permission from the person in the personal communication.
If you are an individual claiming affiliation with an organization, your affiliation with the organization must be current. In other words, if you had published the submitted article with a previously affiliated organization, we will not accept your article.
If you are an organization, your author must have a current affiliation with your organization. If you have exclusive ownership over the submitted work irrespective of the author, please state your ownership of the work in the submission.
